5 Days: Kibale Forest National Park

Day 1: (…)

Arrive at Entebbe International Airport, to be met by your driver/Guide and transferred to your hotel that is about an hour's driver from Entebbe International Airport.

Overnight at your Hotel.

Day 2: (B/L/D)

Leave after breakfast at 8:00 am and proceed via Mubende, Fort Portal to Ndali Lodge, which is about one hour drive from Fort Portal town. Lunch will be enjoyed in Fort

Portal at the Gardens Restaurant. After lunch continue with drive to Ndali lodge which is situated on a 1000-acre private estate over looking a beautiful crater lake on one side and on the other side the Rwenzori Mountains.

Dinner and overnight at Ndali lodge.

Day 3: (B/L/D)

Early breakfast and then proceed to Kibale Forest which is the best place in Uganda to see Chimps and a morning walk through the forest combines chimp trekking with a selection of forest birds. Return to the Lodge for lunch and afternoon at leisure. Walk around the villages or visit the near by waterfalls or paddle in a dug out canoe on the crater lake.

Dinner and overnight at Ndali lodge.

Day 4: (B/L)

Breakfast at leisure and then proceed for the return journey to Kampala. A picnic Lunch will be provided from the lodge. Getting to Kampala will be in the late afternoon and proceed to ccommodation.

Overnight at your Hotel.

Day 5: (B)

Day of departure, If departure flight is in the afternoon, there is a possibility to tour the Uganda Wildlife Educational Center (formerly called the Zoo) and the Botanical gardens. Transfer to Entebbe International Airport in time for your departure flight.

The Safari price includes:

  • Bed and breakfast accommodation in Kampala.

  • Full board Accommodation at Ndali lodge

  • Park entrance fees

  • Internal Transportation in a 4WD, inclusive of fuel.

  • Drinking water

Cost of Safari Excludes:

  • Air Tickets

  • Any cost of personal nature, e.g. Drinks, laundry, tips etc.

  • Air port Tax and Visa fees.

  • Entrance to UWEC and Botanical Gardens.
